I would recommend Bug Master Pest Control to anyone, the quality of service, flexibility, and professional attitude to all the tasks carried out at our sites has been second to none. There is not a lot more I can say other than they are also really nice people!

Bug Master Pest Control is the absolute best when it comes to pest control companies. I am so pleased every single time I deal with your company. Whenever I call, I am treated like the most important customer there is. Whenever a service technician comes to my home they are so nice and polite. They always know the answers and know what to do for my particular problems.

We have been working with bugmaster ever since we moved into our house two years ago and we could not be happier with the service. Not only is he one of the kindest people I have ever met, but this stuff works! Hobo spiders, earwigs, bees, you name it!

Gary is the busiest pest control service in Missoula for a reason. He's fast, friendly, incredibly fair priced, and his stuff works great! We've been using him around 5 years now. We basically live in the mountains and from the moment we moved in, we had nonstop spiders and beetles. The ONLY thing that keeps them under control is Gary's treatment. We can sometimes get away with once per year he's that thorough. He just left after our second treatment of the year - the hobo spiders are AWFUL right now, and he found a hidden wasp nest in our propane tank when I thought we had them completely under control. He's a great guy and always does an impressive job. He also wears a mask and checks to make sure no one in the house has been sick - very important since we have a newborn and preschool aged kiddo! Thank you for helping us stay bug-free!!!

We love Gary the Bug Master! He is such a kind and professional man. I can't believe he remembers where webs were in our house from over a year ago! He treated our hobo spiders and carpenter ants and we will never call another pest control service! His attention to detail is excellent and I feel so comfortable having him in our home. The service this company has provided has been nothing but spectacular. We recently moved into a new house and called Bug Master regarding spider issues. Not only did they come spray for the spiders but he also let us know that the Carpenter ants could become issue due to some of the landscaping in our yard. (Two different pesticides are required for ants/spiders)

Sure enough within a couple of weeks we started noticing the large ants in our house. My girlfriend called to Bug Master have our house sprayed for them and only is he coming to spray for the ants but he will be doing a follow up spray for the spiders.

Bug Master offers a 30 day guarantee if you're not satisfied with the results, which I felt was reassuring.

Not only was he very informative and helpful, I feel their guarantee shows that they're willing to stand behind their work and fix any issues should they remain. We would definitely recommend them.

Edit: I forgot to add that Gary was the gentleman that came and serviced our house. Nothing but great service.

Gary is just a hardworking, friendly professional with affordable rates! I used him 13 years ago when I first moved in and my house stayed bug free the first year and low amounts of bugs over the next 2 years. Last summer I had earwigs, spiders, flies, beetle like bugs and ants. Those same bugs have moved in again and I was sprayed today so I'm confident I'll be good again. I plan to be more diligent with a fall spray too. I can't say it enough, he is just amazing! His daughter was super sweet and helpful in finding me a good appointment that worked for both our schedules.
